Purpose of the app

The app gives a client of the Alveo group access to their personal space: the progress of their file, the documents expected from them, their exchanges with their adviser and the information relating to the services they have subscribed to (mortgage brokerage, property transaction, property search, rental management, insurance).

It is intended exclusively for clients. It does not allow subscribing to a financial product, making a payment, or entering into a contract.

Hosting

The application services are hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States, running on infrastructure located in the European Union.

Intellectual property

The app, its visual identity, its content and its trademarks are the property of the publishing company. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Liability

The information displayed reflects the state of the client's file as held by the service concerned. It is provided for information purposes only and constitutes neither investment advice nor a contractual commitment. Only the documents signed between the client and the company are binding.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
